We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Sales Staff member to join our team. This role involves supporting both existing and new customers, managing shipping and delivery processes, and undertaking business trips domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to existing customers, including local companies and those in Thailand and Malaysia.
- Supporting new customers (※basically, mainly inquiries from the website).
- Oversee and coordinate shipping and delivery processes to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Conduct business trips approximately twice a month, both domestically (e.g., Hanoi, Da Nang) and internationally (e.g., Australia, Thailand) to support customer needs and business objectives.
