Sales Staff handles sales of sewing threads and textile materials, focusing on supporting existing customers in Vietnam and Japanese companies. The role includes client follow-up, proposals, market research, factory visits, interpretation support, and teamwork with other sales staff in Ho Chi Minh City.
* Responsibilities:
- Handle sales of sewing threads and other textile materials.
- Provide sales follow-up mainly to existing customers in Vietnam (regular visits for information gathering, handling complaints, etc.)
- Support sales activities for Japanese companies.
- Collaborate with other sales staff to conduct client visits in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and deliver presentations.
- Conduct market research and accompany Japanese staff on visits to production factories for new product development, acting as an interpreter when necessary.
- Assist and interpret for business visitors from Japan.
