As a Sales Staff member, you will play a crucial role in expanding sales with existing customers and developing new customer relationships. You will prepare quotations, coordinate delivery dates, and communicate with factories in Japan and Thailand.
Responsibilities:
- Sales expansion to existing customers.
- Quotation preparation, delivery date adjustment, emailing/calling with factories in Japan and Thailand.
- Delivery work, observing test product testing
- New customer development.
- Business trip to HCM about once every two months (in the future, we plan to hire a resident person in HCM).
- University graduate with any technical majors.
- Japanese N2.
(internal communication, communication with Japanese factories, occasional interpretation at customer sites).
- 2 years of work experience (any job).
- Basic computer skills.

- Patient and able to work towards acquiring product knowledge.
(This is a custom made product, the products will be used in the many kinds of industries.)
- Willing to work in a new organization that started operation in April 2024.
* Preferred Skills:
- Major in machining.
- English proficiency (useful as HCM has many Western customers).
- Experience working in a Japanese company.
