The Sales Staff will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction for a leading belt and plastic parts supplier. This position involves identifying potential customers, introducing our products and services, and supporting existing distributors to enhance sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Find potential custmers. Introducing service and products to customers.
- Care about delivery, related documents to After market customers.
Support current distributors to increase sales amount.
- Process data on the management system (NAV)
- Go to visit customers/ retailer shops in provinces.
- Follow up and finish all inquiries from customers.
- Other jobs requested by Manager.
- The following duties will be performed at a belt & plastic parts supplier company.
- Gender: Male. under 30 years olds.
- Graduate college/ University. Can speak, comprehend or write email by Japanese or English.
- Can use Word, Excel, communicate to customers or managers clearly.
- Able to work independently or in groups.
- Implement according to managers' request, report progress and results.
* Preferred Skills:
- Sales experience.
- Able to work on their own initiative and to get involved in the customer's factory.
- Good communication inside and outside the company.
- Able to handle numbers accurately, such as weighing.
