We are seeking a Sales Staff to join our company, which specializes in functional raw materials. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, approaching listed companies, and conducting sales activities in collaboration with our Japanese General Director (GD) and sales staff from our Japan headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- List potential customers according to the commercial products to be sold, in collaboration with the Japanese GD.
- Approach listed companies to introduce and promote our products.
- Report the results of customer approaches to the supervisor regularly.
- Conduct sales activities and attend appointments, often accompanied by the Japanese GD or sales staff from Japan headquarters.
- Prepare and provide quotations to potential customers.
- Handle inquiries about products by communicating with the head office in Japan, utilizing Japanese language skills.
