Sales Representative is responsible for finding suppliers/customers, developing new markets, managing contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves building partnerships, preparing reports in Japanese, and supporting sales activities as assigned.
* Responsibilities:
- Looking for suppliers, consumers of chemical/electrical/electronic products and others and develop new markets.
- Follow-up and manage sales contracts - purchase orders, manage inventory, cash drawer and deposits. Execute sales and promotional campaigns for new and existing products.
- Negotiate trade terms with assigned vendors.
- Contact-negotiate, build and develop relationships with suppliers and consumers.
- Meet monthly and annually sales objectives and targets for turnover.
- Make weekly, monthly, and semi-annual report in Japanese to Sale Manager and General Director.
- Frequently conduct visit customer and supplier.
- Realize other works concerning to sales under assignation of Sale Manager and General Director.
