<Main responsibilities> 
-  New business development.
- Sales staff management.
- Accompany service engineer to customers for product maintenance.

<Sales Approach>
- Local distributor that handles air compressors (sales areas: Southern/ central Vietnam).
└ Lecture distributors how to explain about own products and  sales methods.

- Sales experience in the same industry that handles compressors (leader, supervisor levels can also apply).
- English: Ability to communicate with Japanese manager.
- Those who can go on a business trip.
- Ability to use basic operations of Microsoft Office.
