Mô tả công việc

Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales activities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth order handling. 

* Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research, client visits, presentations, and sales activities to identify new business opportunities and secure quotation requests.
- Gather and analyze customer product requirements, confirm details with clients, prepare and submit quotations.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, collect product information, and provide quotations.
- Oversee order processing, delivery, and related post-sales operations.
- Handle other related tasks including research, documentation, and report preparation.
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports and present to senior management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Work experience in a Japanese company.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in MRO or related industries.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency (if applicable) or Business-level English and Daily communication-level Japanese.
