You will be responsible for the following tasks at a company that develops/operates, and sells attendance management systems.
Responsibilities:
- New business development sales (sales of systems and market expansion)
- Follow-up existing clients (up/cross-selling proposals)
- Sales team management and training (management of about 5-10 staff)
- Sales management, sales KPI formulation and progress management
- Marketing strategy planning and execution (analysis of methods to reach target demographics and policy formulation)
- Market research and business strategy formulation (collaboration with JP-GD)
- Collaboration with related internal departments (strengthen the cooperations with Dev., CS and marketing)
<Business Overview>
- Products and systems: attendance management, payroll calculation, live streaming, etc.
- Industries: Manufacturing, IT, HORECA, retail, construction, etc.
- Nationality: Japanese, Vietnamese, Korean, Western companies, etc.
- Area: HCMC and surrounding areas (Binh Duong, Dong Nai etc.)
