- Generate new prospects/leads, approach and have business deals.
- Prepare Sales plans for CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM solutions and services, hardware, software, system Infrastructure, and consulting service.
- Cooperate with partners(local/foreign) to expand the market, update the sales situation, new software information, and other sales campaigns.
- Collect and update related industries' situation to define the target markets.
- Follow required documentation job (quotation, delivery note, sales contract, invoice, etc.) and collect full payment from customers without delay.
- Cooperate with the Marketing team and launch attractive campaigns periodically.
- Cooperate with the Engineering team and arrange on-site demos for CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM solutions.
- Join weekly Sales meetings and cooperate with other Sales members to expand business.
- Support the General Director to manage/control the Sales organization in Hanoi.

- Bachelor's degree of the University of Economics, business administration or relevant majors.
- At least 10 years or more of Sales experience in Software, IT devices or relevant technical fields.
- Good communication skills in English (speaking, writing, and listening).
- Systematic Sales skills, Market development skill.
- 3 years (or more) of management skill and experience.

* Preferred Skills:
- Understanding the relating industries situation in order to define the target markets.
- Experience for studying or working at overseas would be advantage.
- Having working experiences in foreign company.
- Knowledge and experience in the CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM solution.
- Understand IT industry and market development skills.
- Ability work independently as well as in the Team environment.

- Bonus: 1 time at year-end, depending on your performance and company business result (Bonus in 2023, Max: 4 months, Min: 1 month).

- Motorcycle commuters have an allowance (300,000-400,000 VND).
