- Conduct business trips and client visits to drive revenue growth.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management.
3. Data Analysis & Procurement
- Evaluate sales cycle activities and analyze performance metrics.
- Forecast customer demand and manage raw material procurement effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and propose solutions for long-term stock.
- Use ERP systems for effective sales tracking.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with QC to resolve complaints.
- Identify opportunities for customer development and expansion.
