Mô tả công việc

We is looking for a Sales Executive to boost sales by finding new clients, promoting products, and maintaining good relationships with existing customers. 

Responsibilities:​

- To promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers.
- Achieve sales targets and develop strong customer relationships.
- Generate new sales leads through various channels (cold calls, networking, and referrals).
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demos.
- Negotiate terms and close deals.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

<Company information>
- Products: MITSUI grinding stones, popular grinding stones CBN, DIA. Cutting oil, grinding oil, anti-rust oil, detergent, paint booth cleaner (NEOS). Soldering tips, solder (DURATIP).
- Clients: Mostly Japanese companies.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- English(Intermediate) for internal communication
- Familiar with technical product specifications
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*Prefer:

- Japanese skill is an advantage.
- B2B sales experience in industrial consumables.
