We are seeking a Sales Engineer to serve as the primary interface between our company and customers, particularly in addressing quality issues and requirements related to our fan motor products, enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Customer interface for quality issue or any customer requirement.
- Onsite defect verification at customer IQC and assembly.
- Regular meeting with customer and factory.
- Follow up action items.
- Review Factory report prior send to customer.
- Work with customer and factory on IQC criteria and requirement.
- Summary Customer IQC and in process performance related to our Fan motor (LAR and DPPM)

- At least 3 years minimum work experience in Quality and process manufacturing field.
- Can speak and write english (Chinese language is advantage).
- College degree (engineering graduate most advantage).
- Able to communicate with customer fluently and with pleasing personality is advantage.
- Able to work more than expected hours upon work needed.
- Flexible and easy to adopt with new environment.
