1. Sales and coordination tasks in industrial park agency business
- Propose industrial park plots and rental factories to Japanese manufacturing companies (investors) planning to enter or expand.
- Coordinate inspection schedules with various developers.
- Accompany on inspections/attend (provide interpretation as needed).
- Share and follow up on information necessary for investor decision-making.
(Check manufacturing processes, environment, related laws, permits, etc. with developers and authorities)
- Regularly collect information and network regarding the industrial park market.
- Invoice developers for commissions.

2. Support tasks in media business
- Carry out actions in the northern area necessary for the publication of the business information magazine "Invest Asia," based on instructions from the head office media department (arrange interviews, expand advertising, etc.)

3. Assistant tasks for the Hanoi branch manager (Japanese)
- Support tasks based on the branch manager's instructions, accompanying the establishment and expansion of the branch
(Mainly Vietnamese interpretation and translation, with some clerical tasks and coordination with the head office included)

- Advanced Chinese  Language Skill.
- B to B Sales experience to use Chinese ：More than 3 yrs.
- Ability to explain and coordinate (evaluated during probation).

* Preferred Skills:
- Legal experience.
- Experience working in consulting or similar industry, or in real estate or industrial park management organizations.
