The Sales Coordinator for Business is responsible for managing and coordinating the import and delivery processes to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. This role involves close collaboration with customers, suppliers, logistics...
Responsibilities:
- Control import plans & delivery plan to customers.
- Issue shipping documents for delivery to customers.
- Following customer & supplier's request (PO, survery….)
- Check logistics charges from forwarders.
- Control inventory and aging stocks.
- Follow the AR from customers.
- Supporting sales PIC for others.
- Other requirement from managers (Ready for any challenging from mangers)
- Management internal control by:
- Check docs to see if goods delivery is arranged according to contracts and credit limit.
- Communicate with logistics companies for daily delivery operations.
- Communicate with Sales Coordinators and Accouting dept, managers and others if requested. for daily operations.
[System input] Goods delivery data, Payment to supplier, etc.
- Verify logistics charges with delivery documents.
- Study the related laws to business if requested.
- Sending report as requested (Chemical report…)
- Other requirement from managers (Ready for any challenging from mangers)
