Mô tả công việc

The SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring occupational health and safety policies in compliance with Vietnamese regulations and corporate requirements. This role serves as the primary contact for all HSE, firefighting, and chemical management matters, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the process of setting up the occupational health and safety policies in line with Vietnamese related regulations.
- Lead and monitor the implementation and compliance of HSE procedures within the organization. 
- Ensure compliance of company to Vietnamese regulation and other requirement from Group. 
- Be first point of contact for all matters related to HSE, firefighting and chemical onsite. 
- Perform HSE audit and driving change management policies/practices based on findings. 
- Responsible for assessing risks related to safety, firefighting, environmental, chemical aspects.
- Make reports related to SHE and chemicals with relevant authority as well as within the company.
- Communicate activities to raise awareness about SHE and chemicals management in the company
- Monitor and report follow up actions of relevant parties. 
- Conduct yearly maintenance of firefighting equipment and periodic environment observation.
- Organize yearly compulsory training related to safety and firefighting and chemical.
- Apply for needed environment license as regulated.
- Organize monthly safety meeting and periodic safety patrol.
- Conduct other periodical activities related to SHE, firefighting and chemicals within company as regulated or requested by authorities.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor or above education in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/Automation/Construction/Safety or related subjects.
- Minimum over 3 years in SHE manager (or supervisor/leader).
- Good English/or Japanese (spoken and written).
- High possibility of updating regulations.
- Strong motivation to learn, have ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communicational skills.
- Strong process and conceptual skills.
- Strong analytical, problem - solving skills.
- Team player.
- Able to work under pressure and take ownership.
