We are seeking a Manufacturing Leader to join our Airbag PE Department. This role is pivotal in managing a team of approximately 10 staff during the start-up phase leading up to mass production.
Responsibilities:
- All management (about 10 staff) in the start-up phase before mass production.
- Improvement of daily operations.
- Consideration of automation.
- English (minimum communication level).
- Experience with sewing machines or manufacturing machinery (especially precision machinery).
- Experience in 3D mechanical design.
- Production schedule management of multiple lines.
- Negotiation and communication with other departments.
