As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and improving mass production lines to meet planned targets. You will analyze production gaps, coordinate with departments to resolve issues, and communicate technical matters with both internal teams and customers. The role includes troubleshooting equipment problems, supporting vendor collaboration, and reporting incidents or deviations. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate across departments to ensure production efficiency and technical accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage so that the actual production quantity of the mass production line will be obtained.
- Analyse the cause of the gap between the plan and the actual results, formulate measures to resolve the gap, and request the relevant departments.
- Explanation of technical issues and countermeasures to customers when the plan is not achieved.
- Escalation report inside and outside the company when a problem occurs. Vendor support request and follow-up.
- Facilitate to solve the problems of mass production equipment together with vendors and maintenance.
- Discuss equipment and process-related technical issues with customers.
- FACA of equipment troubles and preparation and reporting of report materials to customers.
