As a Process Engineer, you will manage and improve mass production lines to meet targets. You will analyze problems, work with teams to fix issues, and handle technical communication with both internal teams and customers. You will also troubleshoot equipment, support vendor coordination, and report any issues.
Responsibilities:
- Manage so that the actual production quantity of the mass production line will be obtained.
- Analyse the cause of the gap between the plan and the actual results, formulate measures to resolve the gap, and request the relevant departments.
- Explanation of technical issues and countermeasures to customers when the plan is not achieved.
- Escalation report inside and outside the company when a problem occurs. Vendor support request and follow-up.
- Facilitate to solve the problems of mass production equipment together with vendors and maintenance.
- Discuss equipment and process-related technical issues with customers.
- FACA of equipment troubles and preparation and reporting of report materials to customers.
