- Research & study for new Instant coffee development for Global market. Research and develop new process technology (GEA is standard) to increase the value of instant coffee products.
- Roasted Coffee development. Study roasting, to develop industrial roasting of coffee.
- Sensory and chemical evaluation for mainly coffee products.
- Technical support with manager to Production, QC, QA, SCM, Sales
- Do other tasks assigned by R&D manager.

- Graduated University major in related Food science, Food process technology.
- At least 5 years experiences in rerevant manufacture as R&D staff.
- English Toeic 650.
- Coffee, Coffee products of global market.
- Food safety, Hygine.
- Industrial food process technology, Chemical laboratory works,
- Coffee roasting.
- Pilot scale process equipment operation.
- Aroma, Flavor.
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Able to work independently in food / Science laboratory.
- Coffee roasting experience more than 3 years
- Some relevant skills for coffee, not only spray, extract.
- Operation skill of Pilot scale process equipment for relevant technology.
