Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the procurement, installation, and maintenance of necessary equipment, instruments, reagents, and other quality control tools. Ensure regular calibration and accuracy control.
- Review and approve quality control reports and related documentation.
- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide feedback and advice to the production department based on quality control data.
- Conduct training programs for newly hired staff.
