The QA Manager Assistant helps maintain and improve the food safety system (BRCGS, FSSC 22000, Halal) at the factory. The role includes updating documents, ensuring legal compliance, handling issues, supporting audits, and working with other departments on quality improvements.
* Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the Food Safety Management System documents currently applied at the Factory (BRCGS, FSSC 22000, Halal) to ensure proper operation, maintenance and compliance with the Standard requirements.
- Check and update the requirements of Vietnamese and foreign standards and regulations (export markets) on food safety.
- Participate in handling, monitoring and confirming corrective and preventive actions: Non-conformity of raw materials, non-conformity of the production process, customer complaints.
- Participate in evaluating new and periodic suppliers of raw materials according to the plan.
- Participate in working with audit agency: Food Safety Authority, Certification Organization, Customers, ...
- Complete records and documents as required by the customer: audit checklist, product standards.
- Collaborate with QC leader to check, update, manage the periodic testing and calibration plans (internal, external).
- Develop and collaborate with the related departments in Factory to carry out periodic activities according to standards: internal audit, mock recall, traceability, internal training, etc.
- Coordinate and participate in improvement projects in the factory regarding: safety, quality, savings, etc. and other factory activities.
- Perform other tasks of the QAQC department when requested by the QAQC Manager.
