We are seeking a Quality Control Staff to join our team at our factory in Kobe or Osaka. The candidate will involves establishing and maintaining effective production systems, identifying and addressing defects in the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

You will start your career as a quality control person at our factory in Kobe or Osaka.

- Establishment of the production system.
- Investigate the causes of defective products in the manufacturing process.
- Review of systems and production processes.

- Has a technical visa or married to a Japanese.　
- Graduated from an Industrial/Technical majors (4 universities or junior college) 
　∟Non-industrial majors are welcome to apply if they can read drawings.
- Must be able to understand drawings.
- Japanese N3 or above (N2 required after joining the company)
- Those who will continue to live in Japan (not will return to Vietnam someday)
- Experienced in quality control, NC work, design, welding, is plus.
