The QC/QA Leader is responsible for overseeing and guiding the quality assurance activities within the development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor development team members including QC team member regarding QA activities, guiding the project team to ensure successful and high-quality product deployments.
- Develop a comprehensive QA strategy for the project that addresses all critical quality characteristics, prioritizing automation over manual testing to enhance efficiency and minimize defects. (= To CO-ORDINATE with QC Team member to define/tailoring software development process, Quality control Process to ensure high quality product base on Quantitative quality Standars ( ISO,CMM ))
- Analyze product requirements and design documents, contributing expertise to ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation.
- Assist the development team in implementing mutation testing tools to enhance unit test quality, and provide visualization of results using graphical tools.
- Design test plan, test cases based on a deep understanding of requirements and effective testing techniques.
- Review and provide feedback on team members' test cases to ensure thorough and consistent test coverage.
- Generate new ideas and contribute to the development and growth of the QA department. - Provide support, conduct reviews, and offer necessary training to team members.
- Standardize project data and create an automated dashboard to track and manage the progress, status, and quality of the project.

- You need to set The QC team's goals from the company's goals.
- You need to lead team members to achieve the goals of QC team.

<Quality & Process>
- You need to take leakage statistics for all projects in the company.
- You need to analyze data for metrics (Bug rate, Testing effort, Leakage...) and show trends.
- You need to discuss and propose improvement solutions.
<Automation testing>
- You need to plan to deploy Automation testing application.
- You need to manage and guide the QC team to achieve the goal of implementing Automation testing.
<Management>
- You need to plan the skill-development activities for the team (Technical & Softskill)
- You need to consider the activities to increase team motivation and mutual connection between team members.
