The Quality Control Department Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust quality control systems and procedures throughout the production process. This role ensures that products meet the highest quality standards and comply with food safety regulations. 

Responsibilities:

- Support department manager to get enough experience and knowledge of the quality control to promote department manager in near future (2~4 years).
- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance in coffee production facility. Ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
- Supervise laboratory activities related to the analysis of raw material (green coffee beans), packaging material and instant coffee (physical-chemical) to ensure the consistent quality of the goods
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures throughout the production process.
- Oversee quality testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Manage a team of quality control technicians and inspectors.
- Conduct regular audits of production processes and equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with Production, Research and Development, Supply Chain, and other Deparments to improve product quality and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP and GMP.
- Maintain accurate quality control documentation and records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality control for food manufacturing.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Participate in internal assessments and audits.
- Other jobs, when demanded.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with company and legal regulations.
- Follow strictly company’s rules, policy, ethics, and compliance manual.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in food manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a management role, preferably in beverage production.
- Previous experience as quality control analyst in food industry.
- Previous experience with sensory analysis.
- Previous experience with green coffee beans classification.
- Previous experience with packaging material analysis.
- Visual acuity (color blindness test).
- Olfactory and gustatory acuity (test performed at QC).
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Familiarity with ISO 17025, GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).
- Basic statistics to data analysis.
*Skills: 
- Fluent in English (for foreign candidates, knowing Vietnamese is an advantage).
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interperson.
