We are seeking an QA Manager to oversee and enhance the quality assurance processes in the plating of fuel injection parts. The candidate will be responsible for managing quality management systems in accordance with IATF16949 standards, driving continuous improvement through the PDCA cycle.

Responsibilities:

- Quality assurance work in the plating process of fuel injection parts.
- Operation of quality management systems based on IATF16949.
- Implementation of the PDCA cycle for quality improvement.
- Customer relations (handling process audits and complaints from the customers including Korean clients)
- Management and guidance of QA staff.

- English proficiency (equivalent to TOEIC score of 600-)
- Over 3 years of experience as a manager in a QA department (the type of manufacturing industry is not a concern if there is a willingness to learn new products)
- Experience in implementing the PDCA cycle for quality management (not supplier quality management)
- Ability to commute independently.
- Knowledge and experience with IATF 16949, the quality assurance system in the automotive industry.
