We are seeking a QA Leader to oversee and enhance our quality assurance processes. The candidate will have a strong understanding of ISO 9001 and 14001 systems and will be responsible for implementing and reporting on quality-related activities. 

Responsibilities:

- Understand and grasp ISO 9001, 14001 systems.
- Implement and report daily results related to quality.
- Effectively collaborate and communicate and builds rapport with team members, customer and vendors.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of existing countermeasure.
- Support staff for training & evaluation skill of worker about method use equipment & method measure.
- Together with Production/ QC patrol process and make plan improve.
- Daily patrol and analysis NG, take countermeasure and follow up.
- Daily, weekly & monthly report.

- Female. University graduated with relevant major.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Good command of Japanese (From N3 JLPT, can communicate with Japanese superiors), can use English for report, emails. Good skill in using Microsoft Office (Excel especially).
- Teamwork skills, time management, communication skill.
- Careful, honest, hard-working and eager to study.
