We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Industrial projects to lead and manage EPC projects in the chemical, food, and medical industries,… The candidate will oversee project execution from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, compliance with industry standards, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management & Execution
- Lead and manage EPC projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, cost estimation, and risk assessment.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.

2. Stakeholder & Team Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to align project goals.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management and clients.

3. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to optimize costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality and safety.

4. Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with EPC contract terms, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
- Conduct project audits and quality checks to maintain high industry standards.Others tasks as assinged.

- Proven experience in managing EPC projects in the chemical, food, or medical industries.
- Strong knowledge of process, engineering, procurement, and processes.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance.
- Excellent project management skills with experience in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
- Good command of  English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) or Japanese (N3, N2).
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, honest, friendly and responsible for the assigned tasks.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional teams.
