We are recruiting Candidates as CAD Engineer related to Piping Work for Incineration Power Plant.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out 2D/3D design for Piping work concerned with Industrial Plant such as Energy from Waste Plant using Aveva E3D software.
- Ability to execute the assigned design and drafting activities following the instructions given by Lead Engineer or Person in charge of the project.
- Preparing Piping Layout and review/check and perform 3D CAD modeling work.
- Confirming all design product with Project/Code&Standard and engineering requirements.
- Performing 3D model of plant based on the documents are provided such as P&IDs, piping specifications, equipment arrangement drawings, instrument drawings, stress analysis, and building/structural design...
- Selecting and modeling Piping Support based on Piping Support Standard.
- Conducting Piping Material Take Off (MTO), Piping Bill of Material (BOM), Bill of Quantity (POQ) works.
- Can understand the Process & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), Material Balance Sheet, Mechanical Data Sheet, etc.
- Can alculate the pressure loss to verify the adequacy of Piping Arrangement (Layout) Drawing.
- Understand the required straight pipe length before the flow meter, etc.
- Able to locate the expansion joint, fixed support, etc to release the stress.
- Have other basic knowledge of Piping Engineering.
- Graduation of university major in Piping Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
- Having experience in applying 3D modeling techniques to solve complex piping design challenges, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
- Willing to go oversea for training and working (from 6 months to 1 year)
- Good command of English. Japanese is preferred.
- Good communication skills: Group discussion, work well with a team environment.
- Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and earnest.
