The Production Planning Staff is responsible for supporting the implementation of Business Continuity Planning (BCP), production planning, and the preparation of production budgets. This role requires active participation in regular meetings, accurate and timely reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of Business Continuity Planning (BCP), production planning, and the preparation of production budgets.
- Participate in regular meetings; prepare and submit daily reports (ensuring timeliness and accuracy); conduct reporting, communication, and consultation as required.
- Proactively identify problems and propose improvement solutions.
- Receive and carry out daily tasks according to the procedures and instructions of direct management.
- Perform basic operations on AS400 and MES systems.
- Basic data analysis skills (ability to recognize changes in data).
- Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and effective time management.
