Production Engineering Staff manages, installs, and improves raw material equipment to ensure stable production. The role also involves troubleshooting, inspecting machinery, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting continuous improvement as assigned.

* Responsibilities:

- Manage the integration of equipment related to raw materials.
- Install and inspect equipment related to raw materials.
- Improve equipment related to raw materials.
- Handle troubleshooting for equipment related to raw materials.
- Communicate and provide feedback to superiors and technicians regarding productionrelated issues.
- Comply with safety standards and 5S.
- Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.Flexibly respond to and carry out other tasks based on instructions from supervisors.

- Male, from 22~28 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Forming Technology or related major.
- No experience will be trained.
- Good communication in Japanese (JLPT N3).
- Be careful and timely at work.
- Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness and teamwork.
