We are seeking a Production Engineer to join our team, focusing on enhancing the quality of aluminum die casting processes for European motorcycle manufacturers, with specific expertise in casting technologies and quality improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand the quality requirements of European motorcycle manufacturers, particularly in improving casting cavities.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of the aluminum die casting process using a 150-ton casting machine.
- Propose and implement countermeasures to address quality issues in the die casting process.
- In addition, provide guidance on quality and process improvement and propose countermeasures to local Taiwanese companies that supply parts to the company.

- 3-5+ years of experience in high pressure die casting of aluminum.
- Experience in dealing with a variety of problems on the factory line Example: Line leader on a factory line.
