- Understanding the client's (European motorcycle manufacturer) quality requirements (mainly improvement of cast voids)
- Responsible for understanding the client's quality requirements (mainly improvement of cast voids).
- Guiding quality improvement of the aluminum die casting process (150-ton casting machine) to a local.
- Responsible for providing guidance on quality and process improvement and proposing countermeasures to the local Taiwanese company that supplies the parts.

- Experience in quality improvement and process improvement as a high-pressure aluminum die-casting production engineer. (Approx. 2 years or more)
- Work experience in automotive, motorcycle, and precision machinery parts manufacturing.
- Able to communicate in English or Japanese.
