The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Maintenance and Inspection Department, ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of factory equipment. This role involves developing and executing maintenance plans, managing a small team, and coordinating with suppliers.
Responsibilities:
1. Management of the Maintenance and Inspection Department
- Develop maintenance and inspection plans and execute tasks based on these plans.
- Report the progress of maintenance and inspections to the Japanese General Director (GD).
- Manage and supervise a team of three staff members.
- Contact suppliers as needed.
2. General Maintenance and Inspection of Factory Equipment
- Electrical wiring.
- Air conditioning.
- Water supply facilities.
- Compressors.
- Pure water facilities used for glass processing.
- Wastewater treatment facilities (glass processing generates highly polluted water).
3. Equipment Repair for Each Production Department as Needed
- Generally, maintenance staff are assigned to each department, but provide support when there is a shortage of personnel.
