The Production Control Staff is responsible for managing and optimizing production processes to meet customer demands efficiently. This role involves analyzing customer forecasts, monitoring production progress and maintaining effective communication with customers to ensure timely and quality shipments.
Responsibilities:
- Receive FC demand, PO from customers; then analyze fluctuation and investigate the trend. Basing on FC demand/ FC to prepare materials and resources for production.
- Monitor production progress and give prediction to potential delay of shipment (if any) to request for preventative actions.
- Lead shipping progress, work with relevant departments (logistics, accounting, QCE) to make sufficient documents for qualified shipments.
- Keep periodical communication with customer by email/ phone to discuss any concern about demand, development status, production progress, and other problems (if any). Respond any request from customers, cooperate with relevant departments to satisfy customers.
- Update sales forecast/ result to manager basing on demand forecast and shipment result.
- Prepare quotations for customers.
- Manage sales price.
- Manage BOM data of models: check BOM, register BOM into system, maintain BOM.
- Work with internal system to register master (price, BOM, shipping list, sales invoice, etc.).
- Control subcon: coordinate with subcon on production progress and delivery.
- Run MRP to release purchase order.
- Analyze inventory aging and follow 4M changes.
- Other related tasks assigned by Manager.
