We are seeking a Production Control Staff member to join our team. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our Vietnamese operations and Japanese headquarters, as well as with our suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the following duties at a furniture and fixtures manufacturing and sales company.
- Interactions with the Japanese headquarters (reports on production status, translation between JP - VN, etc.)
- Interactions with suppliers (visits, interpretation in meetings, requests for quotes, shipping adjustments, etc.)
- Basically, you will be accompanied by a Japanese Director and will support as an interpreter if necessary. After that, the practical work will be carried out between Vietnamese staff.
