We are seeking a Production Control Staff member to oversee and manage the fabric production process from raw material arrangement to shipping. This role will serve as a critical communication link between our company and the factory manager in China, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient production workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Creation and management of fabric process plan (from raw material arrangement, raw fabric, dyeing, fabric, to shipping).
- Acting as a communication conduit between our company and the factory manager (Chinese).
- All of the current four staff members do not speak Chinese. A Chinese speaker is required.
