The P&D Staff will assist in the coordination and execution of tasks within the Planning and Development Department. This role involves supporting the preparation of materials, creating estimates for newly developed products, and managing progress until the mass production launch.
Responsibilities:
- Assistant duties in the Planning and Development Department.
- Preparation of materials and creation of estimates for newly developed products.
- Progress management until the mass production launch of newly developed products.
- Japanese proficiency: N2 level (N3 acceptable with good conversation skills).
- Cheerful, team-oriented personality.
- Skilled in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Education: University degree.
- Experience: 1 to 5+ years.
- Teamwork: Effective team player.
- Planning: Weekly and monthly tasks.
- Operations: Suggest and implement improvements.
- Communication: Clear understanding of instructions, plans, and updates.
- Problem-solving: Quick, accurate, detailed, and within deadlines.
- Persuasion: Convince team members and demanding partners.
- Interaction: Engage with local/foreign customers and authorities.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with company staff.
* Preferred Skills:
- It is even better if you can use Auto CAD (Level B-C).
- Having work experience in a production factory or sales experience at another company is advantageous.
