Mô tả công việc

- Reserve Hotel, Restaurant, Air - ticket etc.        
- Control timesheet.    
- Be in charge of Social Insurance, Health insurance matters.         
- Make internal documents such as decisions, notifications, introductions etc.        
- Follow up on the contract.        
- Apply work permit, visa, and temporary residence card.         
- Handle procedure of registering car... (if any).        
- Buy office equipment when there is a purchase request from the department.    
- Labor report to the Department of Labor.        
- Labor regulations control.        
- Recruitment.        
- Control Stationery.         
- Perform other HR-related duties.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Japanese: N2, Good communication skills in Japanese.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a trading company.
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources and general affairs.
- Start working as soon as possible.
- Proficient in Excel, Word…
- Good communication skill and reporting skills…
