- The deployment destination is Baby goods shops and general shops.
- Do the following management to the sales agent .
-  Dealer Sales and talks about strategy.
- Sales control.
- Management / advice / suggestion work to agencies.
- Sales promotion proposal.

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in sales (primarily retail agency sales). Or experience in the closed industry(FMCG).
- Has knowledge about marketing and working experience.
- Japanese skill(N3 degree). Use for reporting and communication with their Japanese members
