- General assistant works for the Vietnamese managers (e.g.: check the production process, manage the factory site, etc.)
- Manage and training the worker leaders.
- Japanese: N2 level (ability to communicate with Japaneses)
- Practical work experience: About 1 - 2 years
- Who can commute by oneself (no company car)
