You will be responsible for the following duties at a meat processing factory.
* Responsibilities:
- Slaughtering and dismantling live cattle raised on our own farm (deboning, dismantling, molding)
- Hygiene management based on Japanese hygiene standards.
- Technical guidance for local staff.
- Experience in meat processing: Above 3 years.
- Experience in technical guidance.
- Experience in meat processing such as butchering, deboning, forming, and disposing of organs of beef is plus.
- Japanese or English: Ability to communicate with Japanese managers is plus.
