You will be responsible for the following tasks at a meat processing factory:
* Responsibilities:
- Beef product processing (cutting, slicing, etc.)
- Hygiene management based on Japanese hygiene standards.
- Technical guidance for local staff.
- Support for the Japanese Processing Department Manager.

- Products: Processed meat products (sliced meat, processed products, etc.)
- Destinations: Major supermarkets, HORECA, etc.
*Candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria 1-3:
1. Practical work experience on the production site of a manufacturing: Above 2 years
(in the food industry is preferred. *Part-time work is not accepted.)
2. Practical work experience in a management-related department in a manufacturing: Above 2 years
(e.g., reporting, data analysis, production control, procurement, etc.)
3. Practical work experience in equipment selection and maintenance in the manufacturing: More than 2 years

- Japanese or English: Ability to communicate with Japanese managers
- Experience working as a technical intern in Japan is plus.
