The Manufacturing Leader will oversee and optimize the production process, ensuring efficient operations from sample production to mass production. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage workers, improve processes, and ensure timely delivery of quality products.
Responsibilities:
- Creating work instructions (translation).
- Managing workers.
- Preparing for everything from sample production to mass production.
- Process management and process improvement work (including devising jigs and tools).
- Creating production plans.
- Materials management.
- Managing and adjusting production progress according to delivery dates.
- Responding when defective products occur, etc.
