Maintenance Leader is responsible for planning and managing equipment maintenance, supervising the team, and ensuring smooth operations.
* Responsibilities:
- Creating schedules for large-scale equipment and repairs.
- Task management/achievement.
- Preparation of work reports for equipment failures, troubles, etc.
- Business management of 6 maintenance staff.
- Regularly exchange information with the maintenance manager working at the HCM factory.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Mechanical or electrical knowledge.
- Maintenance management experience.
- Work experience in the manufacturing industry.
