We are seeking a MEP Design Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating concept drawings, exploring price reduction options, and managing the permit application process. This role requires strong communication and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of relevant standards and technical knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Create concept drawings , study price reduction options.
- Proceed with the permit application stage, set up the drawing design schedule and control the progress and quality of the drawings.
- Work with third parties such as contractors and consultants to complete the permit application process (needs communication skills,
- Management skills, knowledge and understanding of Vietnamese standards, NFPA, IEC...).
- Manage contractors on schedule and techniques documents (Need deep knowledge of electricity, ELV, combine, Revit, Naviswork, ACC...)
- Check and approve shop drawings, materials....
- Participate in weekly coordination meetings of departments at the construction site and Participate in inspection and acceptance of the program.
