Mô tả công việc

The Legal Staff will play a critical role in ensuring the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This position involves monitoring legal developments, assessing their impact on the business, and implementing necessary compliance measures. 

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze new and amended laws and regulations relevant to the company and its business.
- Prepare reports on legal updates and submit them to management.
- Assess the impact of legal changes on the company, determine necessary actions, and report to management.
Implement necessary compliance measures based on legal updates.
- Draft and update company policies and regulations.
Create and revise contract templates used in business operations.
- Prepare corporate law-related documents, including those for Members’ Council.
- Manage business licenses, including acquisition and renewal procedures.
- Draft and review contracts with customers and business partners.
- Develop and maintain the company's risk management framework.
- Facilitate regular internal meetings related to legal and compliance matters.

Yêu cầu công việc

- English intermediate.
- Have experience as Inhouse lawyer for 3 years or more.
- Have knowledge of laws related to Construction and/or Real Estate Business.
- Have knowledge for HR/labor and Company laws.
- Having Lawyer license is prefered.
- Japanese: Preferred.
