We are seeking a Tax Lawyer to join our team. The candidate will possess a deep understanding of tax law and demonstrate expertise in providing strategic tax advice and solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research into the tax matters that our clients require. If necessary, we also conduct research into the tax matters of other countries, or work with tax advisers in other countries.
- Consider an efficient structure from a tax perspective and also carry out tax planning to mitigate tax risks. These tasks also include making inquiries to the tax authorities in advance (preparing inquiry letters, explaining to the tax authorities, etc.).
- Dealing with tax investigations and tax litigation for clients. This includes discussions and negotiations with tax inspectors, and the submission of written opinions to tax authorities.
