The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and achieving key sales KPIs, including Sell-In, Sell-Through, Sell-Out, and expanding the number of active stores. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze sales data, develop actionable sales strategies, and effectively implement them.
Responsibilities:
- To achieve each Sales KPI such as Sell-In amount, Sell-Through amount, Sell-Out amount, Number of Active Stores, Sales expenses and so on.
- To proactively formulate sales strategies and tactics to achieve targets based on accurate analysis of the sales situation and agreement with management. And them to execute each strategy and tactics.
- To manage and guide all TT sales team members (Sales Supervisor, Sales Planner, Senior Sales Representative and Sales Representative)
- To develop new sales area according to management’s requirement.
