The Japanese Interpreter will provide essential language support within the office, facilitating effective communication between Japanese and local staff. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth interactions both internally and with external partners.
Responsibilities:
1. Interpretation/translation services in the office
- Interpretation duties: Interpretation for 3 Japanese sales staff and 1 back office staff.
- Interpretation for external correspondence (e.g., negotiations with relevant ministries and agencies)
- Translation: Translation of documents generated within the HR/General Affairs/Accounting Department.
2. Back office work
- Depending on the individual's experience and desires, either General Affairs/Human Resources/Accounting work.
