Interpreter cum Assistant supports the Japanese sales rep by interpreting during trips, translating messages, and arranging schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Accompany the Japanese sales representative in charge of c. on business trips and provide interpretation.
- Prepare for business trips (e.g., schedule client appointments, arrange rental cars, etc.)
- Translate client inquiries and report them to the Japanese sales representative.
- Issuing quotations and invoices.
